#1 Dad

Father's Day is coming up but I guess y'all know that!  I already made a card for my Dad a few weeks back but still needed one for my husband from my daughter.  If I left it to her, he'd likely get a torn piece of notebook paper with "Yo Pop" scrawled on it :-)  Besides, it gives me a great reason to get crafty this weekend using a sketch from Mojo Monday.#244.

Except for the card base, the rest of the cardstock and the printed paper were scraps from previous projects.  The embellishments are all from Close to My Heart - the tiny blue brads, the larger cream brads (actual color is "Colonial White"), the corrugated star that I painted cream, and the button in the center of the star.  The sentiment was cut on my Cricut using the Art Philosophy cartridge.
